10 Gaming T-Shirt’s That’ll Have You Button-bashing Your Way to the Checkout!
Who doesn’t love Video Games? Not us that’s for sure. We’ve got a fantastic selection of Gaming t-shirts across our stores, here are 10 of our current favourites:
Man of Low Moral Fiber – Monkey Island – Nerdy T-Shirt
Monkey Island was one of the leading games in the point-and-click adventure genre that was pretty big in the 1990′s. If you’re familiar with the popular series of games, you’ll know that the phrase “Men of Low Moral Fiber” refers to Pirates, the phrase being used for a group of down-on-their-luck pirates on the first two games of the series. If you’re a fan of the game, or indeed just a scurvy suffering old sea dog, then this t-shirt is a bit of must have gaming memorabilia.
Plastic Pirate – Lego Skull and Crossbones – Geeky T-Shirt
Sticking with the Pirate theme we have this amusing LEGO themed offering. Whether you’re of the old-school LEGO brick playing variety, or if you’re a fan of the recent trend of LEGO video games, it’s hard not to like the loveable plastic bricks (though if you’ve stood on one barefooted on the stairs it can be a stern test for the friendship). Anyway, we think you’ll agree this LEGO themed skull & crossbones tee is adorable (you’d better, or we’ll make you walk the plastic plank).
The Konami Code – Geeky T-Shirt
Do you recognise this code? Well, if you’ve ever played (and cheated) on a Konami game then you’ve probably come accross it at some point. This now infamous code has been featured in dozens of Konami’s top titles over the years in titles such as: Contra, Gradius, Castlevania, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Metal Gear Solid and Silent Hill. This geeky t-shirt is sure to spark a few conversations with fellow gamers when you’re out an about.
I’m Not a Geek, I’m a Level 9 Warlord – Geeky T-Shirt
This amusing t-shirt can have many uses, whether you enjoy role playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons or whether you prefer a MMORPG such as World of Warcraft, you can let your fellow geeks know that you’re good for a laugh with this ironic gag.
Triforce – The Legend of Zelda – Geeky T-Shirt
Sent down by the goddesses for us mere mortals to benefit from, the Triforce gives Power, Courage and Wisdom to it’s recipient. We can’t promise our t-shirt will give you the same benefits but if you’re a fan of the excellent Zelda series of games then we think you’ll still get a lot of good from owning this cool t shirt.
Space Invader – Geeky T-Shirt
The most classic of games, this one doesn’t really need any introduction. If you like the idea of walking around with a Space Invader on your t-shirt, this ones for you. We can’t promise you won’t be shot at with laser cannons while wearing it, but if you move left a bit, down, right a bit, down you should be safe.
85% of Pie Charts Resemble Pac-Man – Nerdy T-Shirt
There’s very little we can say about this that the title doesn’t already cover. 85% of pie charts really do resemble Pac-Man. It’s as hilarious as it is factual.
Eat, Sleep, Game – Geeky T-Shirt
I can’t speak for the rest of you guys, but personally this is 3 of my favourite pastimes right here. I’ll keep this brief ‘cos all this blogging is cutting into my Super Monkey Ball time (not a euphemism).
Shoryuken – Street Fighter – Nerdy T-Shirt
Street Fighter was one of those genre-defining games of a generation, in this case the fighting game genre. Maybe it’s an anomaly that’s unique to me, or maybe it is a reflection on the games’ scarcity but I don’t know anyone besides myself who played Street Fighter at the time of it’s release in the late 1980′s. The majority of it’s fans seemed to jump on the bandwagon in the early 1990′s upon the release of Street Fighter II. If you’re a fan of the series you’ll know there were two famous special attacks done by main protagonists Ryu and Ken, the Hadouken and our favourite, the Shoryuken.
Real Friends Help You Kill Zombies – Geeky T-Shirt
The Zombie Apocalypse is imminent… Isn’t it?! Ok, maybe we’ve got a few years yet, but all the more reason to get some practice in on the Zombie video games. Whether your poison be Resident Evil, Left 4 Dead, The Walking Dead, Dead Island, Dead Rising, House of the Dead or one of the countless other Zombie fanchises, it really is better with friends, so as the t-shirt says, real friends help you kill zombies.
This concludes another one of our delightful top 10′s. Rest assured there’s plenty more where this came from, so keep checking back for more.
